It is rated to be PG-13 So people under the age 13 need there parents permission to use this site.
But what is Starrow for, you say?
Well i would tell you it's a growing website in the process of devolping into a social site.
You can play on games, if you wish and BLOG on the forums.
Although the new devolpment on forums has been made so that people, have to get approval from the site owner before it's sent.
The games page isn't complete, but is on it's way and has the game geeks all over!
Nevermind that, for you peopel that like to chill, sit down and chat!
That's always a option in Starrow.

Be sure to get them in there, becuase it wont be repeated again and again if you do somthing wrong!
If you want to go to a page, click the page that is there or hover you're mouse over them and see the extra pages that apear, for example that's how you get on the TOU page, just, Help - Terms Of Use And you click that and there you go!
